I just downloaded the mobile app. How do I start selling and earning?
When you install the mobile app, you automatically own a webstore to your name. Add the products or bookings you see in the app to your webstore, (for example if a product or booking item cost is 5,000, when you click add to store, you can enter any amount you want to earn as profit margin on the product or booking. For instance if you enter 2,000 as your profit margin, this means you will be selling the product or booking for 7,000 to your customers).

How do I get products delivered to my customer?
As a Reseller, you don't need to do anything. We have delivery providers that handle the delivery of the products to your customers.
As a Supplier, once a customer buys your product from a Reseller's webstore, you will receive a notification with details of the customer. This will enable you package the item with the name, contact and address of the customer.
If you provide your own delivery service for your products, you can input the shipping details including regions or zones you can deliver to, and shipping cost in Shipping Management page in the Supplier section.
If you do not provide your own delivery service or do not cover other regions, the product will be assigned to a delivery provider to pick up from your location and deliver to the customer's location.
How long does it take for products to be delivered to my customer?
It depends on the location of your Customer and the location of the Supplier. If both parties are in the same country, it could take between 2 to 6 days to delivery to your customer. If both parties are in different countries, this may take longer.
When do I get paid?
As a Reseller, when your customer buys an item from your webstore, your profit margin will be paid into your bank account from 3 days after customer receives the product. This depends on any item return disputes by your customer.
