We offer a 3 day return window from the day the customer receives the item. If you would want to return an item, please visit the Reseller's web store that you purchased the item from, login and click on "My Account" and "Order History" to access your orders. Clicking on "View" button will allow you to see where to "Request a Return".
In situation where a Supplier/Merchant has extended their individual return days and customer is no longer able to request return from Order History, Customer can email us on email@example.com with subject "Order Return". This process will take approximately 5 working days to complete refund.
When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in its original packaging. We recommend that you keep the original carton and packaging material for a smooth and easy return.
If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.
You will get your refund within 24 hours after the supplier/merchant receives the item. For refunds on booking items, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with subject "Booking Refund".
