FAQ

  • When you install the mobile app and register as a Reseller, you automatically own a webstore to your account. Add profit on any product or booking items in the app and save, (for example if the cost of a product or booking item is 1,000, you can enter 500 or any amount you want to earn as profit. This means you will be selling the product or booking item for 1,500 to your customers).
  • If you have products or bookings to sell, you can also click on the Supplier side in the mobile app to register as a Supplier. Add the products or booking items, set the amount you are selling each item, then go to Reseller side in the app to start selling.

To become a Supplier, download the app or visit reselr.com and click on Become a Supplier on the top menu.

Your customers are your contacts (friends or family) or other users across social media on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or other channels or groups. Once you have added your profits to the items you want to sell, click on "Sell Now" button on each item to share them to your contacts.

    1. If you offer your own delivery service from the Shipping Management in your account, customers may select your service to deliver to them during checkout. if they do, you will arrange to deliver to them.
    2. If you do not offer your own delivery service or customer did not select your service to deliver to them, then you will arrange the order for another delivery service to pickup from you and deliver to the customer.

It depends on a number of factors, the supplier's processing of the order, delivery service selected by customer, and the distance between the location of your customer and the location of the supplier. This could take approximately between 2 to 6 days if all parties are in same country.

This depends on the shipping service that is available for the customer to choose. If a shipping service offers cash of delivery (COD), then your customer can pay on delivery.

This is simply because there are no suppliers in your region or country that have listed products in the app. Once a supplier in your country lists any product, you will see it.

Simply login into your account and view Ad Reports under Ad Management menu.

Suppliers normally set their product return eligibility on each product they list on the app. If a Supplier's product is returnable, yes, you will recieve your refund as long as you initiate a return request on the webstore from which you purchased the item, within the specified period from delivery as set by the Supplier. To initiate return, go to My Account -> Order History -> View. Once the status is Delivered, you will be able to "Request a Return". We will of course not pay the Supplier until you are satisfied with the product.
